Photo & Video Feature: Opening Day 2018

Faculty and staff packed the Mel Lindbloom Student Union Building's Grand Hall on Sept. 18 for Opening Day ceremonies.

The event--which officially kicks off the new academic year for all campus employees--featured a keynote address by author C. Nicole Mason, a student panel, and round table discussions about building inclusive and equitable student centered learning environments.

Arlene Pierini and Elaine Chu join Green River College Board of Trustees

Arlene Pierini of Auburn and Elaine Chu of Maple Valley have been appointed to the Green River College Board of Trustees by Gov. Jay Inslee. The two newest Trustees will be introduced during the Oct. 18 Board of Trustees meeting at 4:30 p.m. in the Administration Building Boardroom.
