Meet the Staff

Lindsey Morris

Lindsey has worked at Green River since 2007 in various positions. She started as a student in the CLEO program, then continued working part-time in Running Start while she completed her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. After learning that wasn’t the right career for her, Lindsey started her Green River career in Recruitment & Outreach. From her experience in Outreach, she developed a passion for student access and helping students succeed. Lindsey earned her master’s degree in 2012 and became an advisor in Running Start in fall 2013. Lindsey also fills her weekends training for half marathons and spending time with her two boys.

Kirsten Weber

Kirsten Weber is a South King County native.  A former Running Start student herself, she holds an Associate’s from Highline College, a Bachelor’s from Western Washington University and a Master’s from Seattle University.  Although she originally wanted to be an animal trainer, after interning at a zoo, she realized she liked people better than animals.  She is passionate about helping students reach their educational goals.  Kirsten enjoys spending her free time with her family and if she has a spare moment, baking sweet treats.

Devan Bickham

Hello! My name is Devan. I was born in Hammond Louisiana and raised in West/South Seattle. I thoroughly enjoy weight lifting, video games, and drive-in movies. If I don't make you laugh within 5 mins of us meeting then I'm doing something wrong. I'm an extremely nice guy so don't be afraid to reach out if you need anything!

Kendall White

Kendall White grew up in the cities of Tukwila and Kent. A former Running Start student himself, he holds an Associate’s degree from Green River College, and a Bachelor’s and Master’s from Saint Martin’s University. After earning his degrees in Business, he realized he had a passion for Education and has worked with youth ever since. Before joining the staff here at Green River, Kendall worked at Kentwood High School as a College and Career Specialist. He is also a High School Basketball Coach at Auburn Mountainview High School.

Kyle Stevenson

Kyle Stevenson began working at Green River College in 2017 as an adjunct instructor in the Social Science Division. He joined the Running Start Office in 2021. Kyle earned his bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University and has master’s degrees from the University of Oregon and the University of California Riverside. Kyle loves the opportunity to do long-term planning with Running Start students and see how plans change or crystalize as students navigate their path at Green River and beyond. Kyle loves being outdoors with his family and watching his favorite sports teams.

Natalie Ramsey

Natalie completed high school at Everett Community College as an adult student and continued on with an Associate degree program before transferring to the UW to study Art. She continued to study Art at Parson’s School of Design in New York before returning to Seattle to complete a Masters in Education at Antioch University. She has worked in a variety of educational settings throughout her career including: behavioral health, social services and K-12 education in schools. She lives with her granddaughter in Tacoma where she is restoring a Victorian house in the Hilltop neighborhood and working in her art studio.
