The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is an: inclusive, safe, welcoming and accessible space students can receive Commencement Achievement Program (CAP) services to help navigate their college journey.
CAP helps bridge the education gap for historically underserved and underrepresented students. Our staff are capable of approaching diverse: students, staff/faculty and community members with respect to get the core of what they need. ODEI staff utilize referral services to help guide and direct constituents and provide CAP services to ensure: access, retention, academic and social success of our students.
For the team at ODEI, student success means serving all student in culturally relevant ways in order to empower them to succeed in their educational journeys. We aim to enhance, educate, encourage and engage our diverse populations to have ownership of their narratives and define their legacies.
